What we collect. What you type into the order form: your first name, email, where you work, your job title, your review headings, your bullet points, the hard parts, what you want next, any feedback you paste and anything to leave out. The free-sample box collects an email address only.

What we do with it. We write your self-evaluation pack from it and email it to you. Nothing you send is published, shared with your employer or anyone else, used to train anything, or reused for another customer.

How long we keep it. Order details and the finished documents are deleted 30 days after delivery, which covers the free round of changes. Sample-box emails get the five emails described on the site and nothing else; reply “stop” to any of them and they stop.

Payment. Taken by Whop on its own pages. We never see your card.

Where it lives. Order records sit in a private store on the hosting account behind this site, readable only with a key we hold. Email goes through our own mailbox, selfevaluation@mail.tab.bot.

Your rights. Ask for a copy or deletion at any time: selfevaluation@mail.tab.bot. UK and EU readers: that is your GDPR access and erasure request and we answer it within 30 days; Californians: the same under the CCPA; Australians and Canadians: the same under the Privacy Act and PIPEDA.
